Important introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to the Hexallt Abroad website and participation in professional-pathway services provided by IEDP Private Limited under the Hexallt Abroad brand.
Hexallt Abroad helps individuals prepare for international professional pathways through documentation support, professional-recognition preparation and coordination, professional-readiness development, interview preparation, pathway guidance, candidate transition support and progression support.
Hexallt Abroad does not sell jobs, employ candidates, issue visas, grant professional recognition or control employer, regulator or government decisions.
When a candidate purchases a Hexallt Abroad programme service, Hexallt and the candidate may enter into a programme-specific Service Agreement. That signed Service Agreement is the principal document governing the service relationship for that programme. These Terms apply generally and operate alongside it.
Services supplied through other Hexallt brands, platforms or service systems are governed by the terms applicable to those services unless expressly stated otherwise.
Please read these Terms before registering for a Hexallt Abroad pathway service or making a payment.
01 Acceptance of these Terms
1.1 By using the website, submitting information through a Hexallt Abroad form, purchasing or accessing a service, or confirming registration for a professional-pathway service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
1.2 A paid service becomes binding when Hexallt accepts the registration or payment and provides confirmation or begins the relevant service.
1.3 Website browsing or submitting an initial enquiry does not create a right to pathway acceptance, progression, professional recognition, interview, employment or any other outcome.
1.4 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase or participate in Hexallt Abroad services.
1.5 Where a programme-specific Service Agreement is required, access to the relevant programme service may be activated only after that Agreement has been validly executed by the candidate and Hexallt.

- professional-recognition requirements;

5.3 Any timelines, salary indications, employer-support possibilities, reimbursement possibilities or pathway estimates are provided for context unless confirmed by the responsible employer or authority in writing.
5.4 Hexallt may assist a candidate in identifying practical official appointment locations and available dates with the aim of avoiding unnecessary delay. Such assistance does not guarantee appointment availability, priority treatment, expedited processing or a particular immigration outcome.
06 Professional recognition and authorised coordination
6.1 Hexallt Abroad may provide document review, process preparation, document-organisation support and guidance relating to professional recognition.
6.2 Where permitted by the competent authority and where the candidate has provided the required written authorisation, Hexallt may act as an intermediary or authorised representative for the specific professional-recognition process covered by that authorisation.
6.3 Authorised coordination may include preparation and organisation of a recognition dossier, case correspondence, document-completeness coordination and other activities within the scope permitted by the candidate's authorisation and the applicable authority.
6.4 The candidate remains the applicant and remains responsible for supplying authentic, complete and accurate information and documents.
6.5 Professional-recognition decisions remain solely with the competent authority.
6.6 Different professions, qualifications and countries may be subject to different recognition procedures. Hexallt support is limited to the service and procedure identified for the candidate.
6.7 Hexallt cannot guarantee that an authority will consider a dossier complete, request no further evidence, approve an application or reach a decision within a particular period.
07 Interview facilitation and employer selection
7.1 Interview opportunities may be introduced or facilitated when Hexallt considers the candidate sufficiently prepared for the relevant opportunity and a suitable opportunity is available.
7.2 Facilitation may include identifying an opportunity, introducing the candidate, coordinating information and providing interview preparation or feedback.
7.3 Hexallt does not guarantee:
- a minimum number of interviews;
- a particular employer;
- a particular role;
- interview timing; or
- employer selection.
7.4 Every employer independently determines whether to interview or select a candidate and independently determines the role, salary, benefits, employment terms, location, onboarding requirements and workplace policies.
7.5 Candidates must independently review the employer's offer and employment contract before acceptance.
7.6 Hexallt explanations or guidance do not replace independent legal, tax, immigration or financial advice.
08 Immigration, relocation and transition
8.1 Hexallt may provide candidate-facing guidance and support relating to immigration-process awareness, transition planning, official appointment navigation, travel readiness, arrival preparation, workplace-entry preparation and professional progression.

- review official embassy, consular, immigration or visa-application-centre instructions;
- identify available or practical appointment locations;

- prepare for an embassy, consular or visa-application appointment;
- review document readiness for the applicable appointment or process; and
- where permitted and authorised, assist with appointment coordination through the applicable official process.
8.3 Hexallt does not guarantee appointment availability, a particular appointment location, expedited processing, visa approval, residence approval or any special or privileged access to an embassy, consulate, visa-application centre or immigration authority.
8.4 After employer selection, the employer normally communicates with and manages the candidate directly regarding employment, employer-led onboarding and employer-specific immigration requirements.
8.5 Hexallt does not ordinarily act as an intermediary between the candidate and the employer after selection and does not normally communicate, negotiate or intervene with the employer on the candidate's behalf unless a specific written arrangement states otherwise.
8.6 Where a matter falls within the employer's responsibility, Hexallt may help the candidate understand that responsibility and identify the appropriate next step, but the candidate is normally responsible for communicating directly with the employer.
8.7 The extent of employer support, including sponsorship, travel, accommodation, local transport, immigration assistance or relocation benefits, varies and must be confirmed through the employer's written offer or directly with the employer.
8.8 Candidates remain responsible for attending appointments, supplying requested information and documents, following official instructions and complying with applicable immigration and residence requirements.
09 Candidate responsibilities
9.1 You agree to:
- provide complete, current and truthful information;

9.3 You are responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or late information supplied by you.
9.4 When you purchase or progress to a service requiring documentation, you must provide the complete, accurate, current, authentic and legible documents reasonably required for that service.
9.5 Documentation requirements may vary according to pathway, professional-recognition procedure, employer or competent authority.
9.6 Hexallt may defer or pause processing until required documents and reasonable clarifications have been received.
10 Fees, taxes and payment structure
10.1 Hexallt Abroad professional-pathway fees may be divided according to registration activities, documentation work, recognition coordination, professional-readiness support, transition support or later progression services.
10.2 Before payment, candidates should review the current fee, services included, applicable taxes or processing charges and any separately payable external costs.
10.3 Current pathway fee information may be published in the Hexallt Abroad Support Centre, the applicable pathway page or a candidate-specific written service schedule.
10.4 Fees may change prospectively. A fee already paid and accepted for a defined service will not be changed retrospectively unless required by law or agreed with the candidate.
10.5 Payment for one service does not automatically include later services or create a right to progression where applicable readiness, documentation, recognition or eligibility requirements are not met.
10.6 Payments must be made only through a payment method or account officially communicated by Hexallt.
10.7 Candidates should retain invoices, receipts and payment confirmations.
11 External costs
11.1 Fees payable to professional authorities, examination providers, government bodies, immigration services, document issuers, certification providers, translators or other independent third parties are separate from Hexallt Abroad fees unless expressly included in writing.
11.2 External costs, timelines, rules and refund conditions are determined by the organisation receiving the payment and may change without Hexallt's control.
11.3 Employer-funded or reimbursed items, including travel, accommodation, immigration costs or professional-development reimbursement, apply only where confirmed by the employer.
11.4 An external cost should not be treated as mandatory merely because it is mentioned as a possible pathway cost. Whether an external service or document is required depends on the applicable candidate case and authority requirements.
12 Payments, cancellations and refunds
12.1 Payment, cancellation, withdrawal and refund conditions for Hexallt Abroad services are governed by the current Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy .
12.2 Candidates should review that policy before making a payment.
12.3 A programme-specific Service Agreement may contain additional or more specific payment and cancellation conditions relating to the particular programme service.
12.4 Where a programme-specific Service Agreement contains a more specific condition applicable to the purchased service, that provision applies to that service subject to applicable law.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms or the Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy limits a statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13 Suspension, withdrawal and discontinuation
13.1 Hexallt may pause, restrict or terminate a service where reasonably necessary because of:
- non-payment;
- false, altered or unverifiable information or documents;
- abusive, discriminatory, threatening or disruptive conduct;
- material failure to provide required information or documents;
- misuse of intellectual property, systems or accounts;
- legal, regulatory or platform requirements; or
- conduct that may materially compromise a candidate, employer, authority or Hexallt process.
13.2 Where practicable, Hexallt will explain the concern and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before permanent termination, except where immediate action is required for fraud, safety, legal compliance or system protection.
13.3 If Hexallt permanently discontinues a prepaid service before it begins for reasons unrelated to candidate conduct, the remedy will be determined in accordance with the current Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law.
13.4 Re-entry after voluntary withdrawal, pause or termination is subject to current availability, eligibility, requirements, fees and any review considered reasonably necessary.
14 Website information and changes to pathways
14.1 Hexallt aims to keep website and Support Centre information clear and current.
14.2 International professional pathways can change because of employer needs, examination rules, professional-recognition requirements, immigration policy or other external developments.
14.3 Candidates should rely on current official requirements and written confirmation applicable to their individual service or case.
14.4 General website information does not replace an employment contract, regulator decision, official authority instruction or candidate-specific written confirmation.
14.5 Hexallt may correct errors, update pathway information, replace outdated content or modify workflows where external requirements change.
14.6 Material changes affecting an active paid Hexallt Abroad service will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
15 Intellectual property and permitted use
15.1 The Hexallt name, Hexallt Abroad brand, pathway materials, professional-preparation documents, reports, graphics, website design, software, templates, systems and proprietary service methods are owned by or licensed to IEDP Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
15.2 Paid access gives the candidate a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use relevant materials for the intended personal professional-pathway purpose.
15.3 Materials must not be copied, recorded, republished, sold, shared, translated, adapted, publicly displayed or used to create a competing or commercial service without prior written permission.
16 Accounts, communications and electronic records
16.1 You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity conducted through your account.
16.2 Email, authorised messaging channels, application portals, support systems and the candidate's registered telephone number may be used for service-related communication.
16.3 Registrations, consents, authorisations, notices, invoices, receipts and service communications may be created and retained electronically, subject to applicable law.
16.4 Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
16.5 Service communications reasonably necessary to provide an active service may continue while that service remains active.
17 Personal data and privacy
17.1 Hexallt may process personal information needed to respond to enquiries, review eligibility, provide professional-pathway services, maintain records, communicate with candidates, coordinate authorised processes, meet legal obligations and, where appropriate, facilitate employer introductions before selection or interaction with relevant service providers.
17.2 Personal information will be handled under the Hexallt Abroad Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
17.3 Where consent or specific authorisation is required for a disclosure, representation or particular purpose, it will be obtained separately where applicable.
17.4 Candidates must not submit another person's personal information unless authorised to do so.
17.5 Privacy requests may be submitted through the official Hexallt Abroad contact channel.
18 Third-party platforms, links and services
18.1 The website or professional pathway may use or link to third-party platforms for payments, communications, video meetings, document exchange, customer support, applications, official embassy or consular information, immigration or visa-application processes, appointment-booking systems or other official external processes.
18.2 Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability and technical conditions.
18.3 Hexallt is not responsible for independent third-party content or decisions, although reasonable care will be taken when selecting providers acting on Hexallt's behalf.
18.4 A link, introduction or reference does not constitute a guarantee of every statement, service or outcome provided by the third party.
18.5 Hexallt is not responsible for appointment-system availability, appointment allocation, technical failure, processing capacity or decisions made by an embassy, consulate, visa-application centre, immigration authority or other independent official system.
19 Limitation of responsibility
19.1 Hexallt remains responsible for supplying the paid Hexallt Abroad service with reasonable care and skill.
19.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexallt is not responsible for losses caused solely by:
- candidate misinformation, misconduct or failure to meet requirements;
- an employer's interview, selection, employment or workplace decision;
- an authority's evaluation, examination, recognition, registration, visa or immigration decision;
- changes in law, policy, employer demand or external requirements;
- delay, failure or unavailability of an independent third-party process; or
- events outside Hexallt's reasonable control.
19.3 Hexallt will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant service was purchased, to the extent permitted by law.
19.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of a non-excludable statutory obligation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20 Events outside reasonable control
20.1 Hexallt is not responsible for delay or interruption caused by events outside its reasonable control, including:
- government action;
- regulatory change;

21 Changes to these Terms
21.1 Hexallt may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, regulatory or operational changes.
21.2 Updated Terms will state their effective date and apply prospectively from publication.
21.3 Material changes affecting an active paid Hexallt Abroad service will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
21.4 A change to website Terms does not retrospectively remove a contractual or statutory right already accrued.
22 Relationship with the programme-specific Service Agreement
22.1 These Terms establish the general conditions applicable to the Hexallt Abroad website and Hexallt Abroad services.
22.2 When a candidate purchases a programme service, Hexallt and the candidate may enter into a programme-specific Service Agreement.
22.3 The signed Service Agreement is the principal document governing the service relationship for that programme and may specify:
- the programme;
- included services;
- fee structure;
- service milestones;
- responsibilities; and
- other programme-specific conditions.
22.4 These Terms operate alongside and supplement the signed Service Agreement.
22.5 If these Terms conflict with a signed Service Agreement, the signed Service Agreement prevails in relation to the programme-specific service or subject addressed by that Agreement, subject to applicable law.
22.6 A candidate-specific invoice, payment confirmation or written service confirmation applies to the service it identifies but does not replace the signed Service Agreement unless expressly stated in writing.
22.7 An employer contract, government instruction or authority decision governs matters within that employer's or authority's responsibility and remains separate from the service relationship between Hexallt and the candidate.
23 Severability and waiver
23.1 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.
23.2 A delay or failure by either party to enforce a right does not permanently waive that right.
