During the first two weeks, the university will train you for a basic understanding of the Finnish Healthcare System, which is necessary for you to start your internship at a hospital. Unlike Indian hospitals, Finnish hospitals use the most modern equipment and technology in healthcare.
These two weeks of training will help you acquainted with the same and make you ready to start your internship. This consists of six days a week, with six hours of in-house training, where they will teach you, the required skills using equipment and simulations.
Remember, here, you will not just be selected for a hospital, but the hospital will check your academic, practical and Finnish language skills to ensure you are fit for the position. However, the catch over here is that before you travel from India, the university will ensure that your Finnish proficiency, and required other skills are up to the mark.
Practical Training
Once the on-campus training is over, you will be posted for practical training at a hospital on the same schedule for another two weeks, where you will get hands-on experience on the best practices in Finland.

Upon completion of the training, you will undertake a two-week unpaid internship at the same hospital. This additional period is a valuable opportunity to further enhance your skills and knowledge before you begin your paid internship.
Paid Internship

Evaluation: You will be evaluated based on credits earned during your study and work and will be continuously evaluated for one year.
B1 Finnish Language Training: At the same time, the B1 level training will also commence. This will follow the same pattern as the language training you attended in India, i.e., two days of classes for two hours each week. Furthermore, learning Finnish is an ongoing process till you pass B1, once you start A1.
Finishing Line
After completing the program, language study, and Internship, you will be awarded the degree and suitably absorbed into full-time jobs with support from the University
Becoming A Registered Healthcare Professional in Finland: This is the attraction of all of it.
